Data Deletion Instructions

Your privacy is important to us. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from our system, please follow the steps below:

How to Delete Your Data

1. Go to our login page: https://studio.polylingo.app/login
2. Sign in using your registered account.
3. Navigate to Account Settings (click My Profile on main navigate).
4. Check “I confirm my account deletion“.
5. Click the Delete Account button.
6. Confirm your choice. Once confirmed, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our system, including backups and related services.

Processing Time

The deletion process is immediate and irreversible. Once you confirm, all data will be removed from our active systems and scheduled for permanent deletion from backups within 7 days.
